Primo Water has experienced a system outage that has temporarily affected our Customer Care Center, websites and mobile app.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we work around the clock to restore our systems.  

Please note that Primo Water continues to produce product and service regularly scheduled deliveries, as well as take new orders.  

If you need assistance with orders or deliveries, our Customer Care Center will re-open Monday, June 21 at 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.  
On Tuesday, June 22, we will resume operating at our regular hours of Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET
and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
